The corporation was found in Guangzhou in 1954,and transferred to YueYang city,Hunan province in 1969. It now has 5216 staff members and workers of which 1279 are technicians and 156 have the senior professinal titlesanf and 415 project manager (first class 106) with a long history,strong technicalforce, excellent equipment and rich experience.

Undertake projects with the unit contract value under 5 times of enterprise¡¯s regist-ration capital in each kind of chemical, petrol and petrol-chemical.
Undertake the construction of the following building project with the unit constructi-on and installation contract value under 5 times of enterprise¡¯s registration capital.
1¡¢ Building construction project with 40 floors and below and kinds of span.
2¡¢ Architecture(building)with 240m height and below.
3¡¢ Resident zone or building group with the construction area 200,000m2 and below.
Undertake the installation of equipment and line pipe for kinds of normal industry, u-tility and civil construction projects, undertake the substation project with 35000 volts and below and the fabrication and installation of custom-built steel structure.
Undertake the construction of every kind of pipe project and its necessary project.
Undertake the paint and insulation work of each kind of project.
Undertake decoration and upholster work of all various kinds of architecture .
Contract the national international bidding work, export the equipment and materials of the above mentioned projects, movilizemanpower for the project,production and service. Build up each kind of enterprise in abroad according to national regulation.
The corporation has the boiler installation qualification of Grade A and B, fire figh-ting project installation and lifting machinery installation qualification.
The corporation has the certificate of designing pressure vessels of Grade I and II. It has the fabrication permit for fabricating the AR3 and BR1 pressure vessels and field assemble weld certificate for the spherical pressure vessels.
The corporation can produce various kinds of high and medium pressure valves and fitt-ings, and realize ¡°High Pressure Pipe Factory-ized¡±, produce all series of industrial X-ray detectors and reverse-charge welders.
The corporation is the enterprise of ISO9002 quality system certificate.
The corporation is the enterprise of ISO14001 environmental management system certifi-cate.
The corporation is the enterprise of OHSMS18001 Occupational Health and Safety manage-ment systems certificate.
The corporation provides the services in construction management, consultation of eng-ineering reforming and project cost, purchase and inspection & test of equipment and mate-rial, commissioning and over-haul of unit. Possessed of a Wellequipped and competent work-ing force in civil¡¢decoration¡¢lifting¡¢piping¡¢fitting¡¢revert¡¢welding¡¢electrica¡¢ins-trument¡¢ furnace¡¢inulation¡¢NDT¡¢measuring.
